I was a professional cook & char/fflat grill/griddle operator among a couple other trades. Became disabled after being diagnosed with cerebral epilepsy & having a tumor removed from my brain in September of 2012. The surgery caused short term memory loss & I sometimes forget taking my seizure meds & medications for diabetes o I'm not supposed to live alone.
